I have pain when I sit for too long
Everyone wants to blame posture and bad ergonomics but I will get to the root of what your problem is if you have pain sitting for work or during your commute.

I am not able to walk for as long as I would like
So you’re not a weekend warrior and you just want to be able to go for walks or longer walks? I can help you with this. I will determine the reasons contributing to your pain and develop a plan to get you back on your feet moving as you would like to.

I would like to be able to lift my kids / grandkids without pain
Children and grandchildren are a blessing but they put strains on the body unlike anything else. I’ll get you back on the floor playing with your kids, lifting them, throwing them, wrestling with them again.

I want to go to the gym without pain
Movement is medicine. If you’re unable to do the gym routine, yoga, pilates, etc. that you used to because of your pain you do not need to accept this as your new normal. I will get you back to the gym or whatever your movement practice may be.

I need to get back to normal after surgery
I treat a variety of post operative cases including but not limited to: total knee replacement, total hip replacement, shoulder replacement, rotator cuff repair, lateral ankle reconsutrciton. ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, meniscectomy, fractures, laminectomies, fusions, microdiscectomies.
